MET West Coast Upgrades Fiber Optic Capabilities

MET Laboratories West Coast is now fully
capable of testing to Fiber Optic design
standards such as GR-253-CORE for SONET equipment as well as its equivalent international standards for SDH equipment.
Our Santa Clara lab is fully equipped to perform testing of SONET/SDH interfaces at rates of OC-1,
OC-3/STM-1, OC-12/STM-4, OC-48/STM-16 and OC-192/STM-64.
Our GR-253-CORE testing capability, coupled with our existing capability to test fiber optic components to GR-326-CORE, GR-910-CORE, GR-1073-CORE, GR-1209-CORE, and
GR-1221-CORE, allows MET to satisfy all
testing aspects of your optical product.
