Sales Account Manager – Santa Clara, CA
Our office in Santa Clara, California seeks an energetic and detail-oriented individual with prior sales experience, preferably in a technical environment and a strong focus on customer service.Immediate start date available!

Qualifications:

  1. Experience working in a technical sales environment
  2. Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
  3. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database (GoldMine, SalesForce.com, etc.)
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading
  5. Strong organization and time-management skills (establishing priorities and meeting deadlines)

Responsibilities:

    • Build relationships at multiple levels – from engineering to VP - within assigned territory.
    • Maintains a proactive, high level of quote follow-ups.
    • Local travel to visit clients and prospects.
    • High level of lead generation and prospecting activities.
    • Facilitates product design meetings and lab tours

    Test Engineers – Environmental Simulation Lab (ESL) – Union City, CA

    Our Union City, CA office has immediate openings for Test Engineers and Test Technicians to join our Environmental Simulation Laboratory. Candidates will be responsible for performing tests to existing standards and/or customer specifications and collecting and analyzing data for reporting purposes.

    Requirements:
    • Candidates must be familiar with a wide variety of test instruments and have a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
    • Recent grads with AA degree from a technical institution, recent grads with BSEE or BSME from a 4-year institution or a similar degree in a closely related field are preferred, but applicants with relevant technical knowledge will be considered.
    • The ideal candidate must have proficient computer skills and should be familiar with MS Excel and Word and some imaging software such as Photoshop, etc.
    • Must have excellent organization skills, be self-motivated, and have advanced problem solving skills and basic troubleshooting skills (electromechanical equipment).
    • Time management skills and the ability to work independently is a must
    • Desire a quick learner with a "can do" attitude
    • Candidates with environmental (temperature, vibration, HALT, HASS, seismic, shock) test experience have a stronger chance of success


    Requirements
    • BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
    • Clear Understanding of EMC standards (FCC pt 15, CISPR, ETSI, GR1089 etc.)
    • Familiarity and hands on-experience with emissions and Immunity testing, including Conducted RF Emissions/ Immunity, Radiated RF Emissions/ Immunity, Conducted Transient Emissions, Magnetic Field Emissions
    • Familiarity and hands-on experience with ESD testing
    • Knowledge and familiarity with EMI Instrumentation (i.e., receivers, power amplifiers, TWT amplifiers, oscilloscopes, function generators, etc.)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills


    Desired Qualifications
    • BS in Electrical Engineering.
    • 3 years experience in an EMC Laboratory

    Military EMC Test Engineers – Baltimore, MD  

    Our Baltimore, MD office is currently seeking first and second shift Military EMC Test Engineers, dedicated team players who could perform EMC testing efficiently in a timely manner.

     

    Principal Responsibilities/Duties:
    • Assist in expanding our military testing capabilities (E3, MIL STD 461, RTCA DO-160, MIL STD 1399, MIL STD 704).
    • Perform EMC testing and document results to meet overall laboratory needs.
    • Coordinate with Customers and the sales on daily basis, to provide best customer services to our clients.
    • Help the fellow EMC engineers in the execution of daily testing/work in the lab.
    • Engage in problem solving activities to address product emissions and immunity issues. This will involve identification of root-cause and solution implementation and verification.

    Requirements
    • BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience

Candidates would be responsible for performing testing on a wide variety of electronic products including, but not limited to, consumer electronics, central office telecommunication, medical, and industrial products, to existing standards and/or customer specifications and collecting and analyzing data for reporting purposes.

    Requirements:
    • Candidate must be familiar with a wide variety of test instruments and have a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
    • Recent grads with AA degree from a technical institution, recent grads with BSEE from a 4-year institution or a similar degree in a closely related field are preferred, but applicants with relevant technical knowledge will be considered.
